Job Description: This position will oversee the Specialty Practices Manager. Plans, conducts, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates both patient-care and administrative activities in the Hospital's specialty physician practice, including, but not limited to, orthopedics, general surgery, Hospitalist Program, obstetrics/gynecology, pain clinic, and urology. Is responsible for assigned specialties, for overall operations, policy, and decision-making processes within the specialty physician practice.
Education/Licensing:
Relevant four-year degree or graduate degree. A proven record of successful healthcare management experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Successful administrative and leadership experience in a medical group practice or healthcare organization is preferred.
Salary Range: Salary Range $90-110K/year. Relocation assistance will be provided and possible temp housing.
