Here are some details:
- CALL ONLY: Wednesday, November 27th at 5pm through Monday, December 2nd at 8am
- Time and a half pay on Thanksgiving
- Will help with licensing if needed; locum license takes 2-3 weeks
- Will cover travel, housing, and medical malpractice
