The CV Surgery Practice Manager will work with section chiefs and report to the Administrative Director of Surgery.
Position Focus
Plans an! d implements programs for provider services to improve access,! increase services and provide expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality efficient care. Is responsible for staff work flow, education, guidance and performance and professional development. Strategically lead and manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring organizational goals and vision for future growth. Takes a collaborative approach with physicians, administrators, support staff, and the general public with a high degree of professionalism.

Skills and requirements
Bachelors required, Masters preferred. Five years cardiovascular physician practice, clinic or hospital management experience. Strong operational and business management/development skills Proven track record in growing physician! practice revenues, volumes and growth. .
