We are seeking a high-energy self directed motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will crave a challenge; have the ability to drive sales of a new division of Medicus and a past history of success in a sales environment. Over time, this position will manage, develop and lead a team of Recruiters, Account Development Executives, Account Managers and Practice Services Coordinators to ensure effective delivery of services and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities
- Hands on contributor to drive sales
- Provide leadership and direction! to staff and all practice clients
- Ensure all employe! es are performing at desirable levels, meeting or exceeding department levels; such as days worked and booked, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining financial controls and revenue forecasting
- Achievement of targeted revenue goals and acceptable margins of their practice
- Hire, mentor and train staff assuring appropriate assimilation into the organization
- Communicating objectives and goals clearly to staff
- Work with VP of National Sales and Account Development Executives on complex proposals, negotiations and closings
- Participate in strategic planning sessions
- Maintain and develop relationships with key(blue chip) accounts
- Provide creative solutions for complex sales and operational problems.
- BA/BS Degree required
- 7-10 years successful sales and sales management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- E! xperienced in staff development.
- Strong experience with selling at high levels.
- Ability to travel approximately 15%.
