For this internship you’ll be part of the EMEA Finished Vehicle Logistics team at Tesla with a focus on end-to-end process and performance improvement.

As a Logistics intern you will have the opportunity to make changes and improvements to our planning and operation processes, and support us in further expanding our presence in various EMEA markets. Given the team’s wide scope, you will have the chance to have an end-to-end exposure in key processes across sales, production, delivery, logistics, and other departments.

Your role will be to support logistics related queries internally. The team offers interns an opportunity to develop themselves in an international corporation with both operational and project work during the assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Learn about logistics network structure globally
• Learn about continuous improvement and process mapping and improvement
• Support day to day activities for logistics
• Hone your analytical skills by conducting granular analyses to identify opportunities/risks within our logistics setup
• Develop your communication skillset by supporting in creating powerful, synthesized reports to communicate with your stakeholders
• Develop your interpersonal skills by collaborating closely with the EMEA Business Analytics, Finance, Logistics teams and other key functions of the EMEA, US, and APAC organizations
• Help highlighting areas of opportunity for improvements

What You’ll Bring

• English level C1 (spoken and written)
• Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain or any other relevant field
• Strong analytical skills, affinity with logistics and planning
• Good Excel skills and experience with using BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Attention to detail and ability to keep an overview and improve processes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibit a high level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility, and creativity
• Proactive work mentality
